Question Social Media - how does it work for you?

I recently returned from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) conference in San Diego. New technology and using social media were two of the major topics again this year. Social media such as facebook, twitter and Utube have become some of the dominant sites for people to go when surfing the internet. REALTORS are encouraged to "fish where the fish are". However, being too aggressive in the social media world can do your business more harm than good. You need to build your "whuffie factor"

AS A TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION: How's your whuffie? Has social media effected the way you do business? Has your marketing moved from traditional methods to on-line methods?
